The South Caucasus beyond the unresolved conflicts discussed at Oxford (video)
16 November 2018

No proper discussion of the contemporary South Caucasus is complete with some reflections on the unresolved conflicts in the region. The 3rd Oxford Conference on contemporary South Caucasus issues had one panel dedicated to the conflicts in the region focusing on the theme: "Breaking the vicious circle: Can the region emerge from the quagmire of conflict?"

The panel made up of Veronika Movchan from Berlin Economics; Ahmad Alili from the Center for Economic and Social Development, Baku; and Eduard Abrahamyan from Leicester University, was chaired by the Director of LINKS, Dennis Sammut.

The conference was held at Oxford University on Monday 12 November 2018. It was organised by LINKS and RESC in the framework of the European Union's EPNK programme with the theme "Regional Co-operation in the South Caucasus: elusive but necessary".
