Diplomats from France Russia and the United States are back in the South Caucasus in an effort to re-start negotiations on resolving the Karabakh conflict.
Igor Popov of Russia, James Warlick of the United States and Pierre Andrieu of France who chair the OSCE Minsk Group mandated to facilitate a resolution of the conflict on Thursday met in Baku with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliev. The diplomats are later expected to travel to Yerevan for meetings with the Armenian leadership
