Representatives of International Committee of the Red Cross have visited two Azerbaijanis, Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev, who are being held in the territory under control of the self-declared Nagorno-Karabakh Republic since July 2014.
The visit was made a few days ago, Ilaha Huseynova, head of Communication Department of the ICRC Baku Office, told APA on Tuesday.
The Azerbaijanis held in Nagorno-Karabakh were delivered messages from their families and their families will be informed about their conditions.
Huseynova said that according to its mandate, the ICRC visits detainees to monitor their treatment and conditions of detention and to help to ensure that the detainees are able to maintain contact with their families.
