Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Sunday arrived in Karabakh on a working visit. He was met at Stepanakert airport by the President of the self-declared Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Bako Sahakyan.
On Monday (8 May), President Sargsyan paid a visit to the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies branch in Stepanakert, and attended the launch of the TUMO Army program in the self-declared republic
Over 200 conscripts from the military units nearby Stepanakert are taking part in this education program.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told Armenian MPs discussions on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will continue in June in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group process.
On Tuesday, Armenian foreign ministry spokesperson Tigran Balayan told the Armenian media that the Azerbaijani side was carrying out engineering works at the Nakhchivan sector of the border, and that this "poses a danger to Armenian military positions".
