The European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, on Thursday (22 February) met in Yerevan with the Minister of Defence of Armenia, Vigen Sargsyan.
During the meeting, issues related to relations between Armenia and the European Union, and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict were discussed.
EU Special Representative Klaar is expected to meet with the Armenian president, Serzh Sargsyan in Yerevan on Friday.

Specialists at the University of Sheffield in the UK estimate that the blast had about one tenth of the explosive power of the atomic bomb dropped on the Japanese city of Hiroshima during World War Two and was "unquestionably one of the biggest non-nuclear explosions in history".
